What are Kpéara jewellery pieces made from?
The signature designs are described as 925 sterling silver made with recycled material and hallmarked with the KP logo. Their listings also describe them as tarnish-resistant, fire-stain free, waterproof and durable. Ready-made Cuban chains and bracelets are stainless steel, with rhodium plating listed on those styles. The stacked square band is stainless steel. Check the product page for the exact material and finish of each item.
How long do the silver designs take?
The 925 sterling-silver design listings currently give an estimated timeframe of 6–10 weeks following purchase. Please check the product page for the latest timing before ordering.
How do I choose a ring size?
Select the size that fits you from the options shown. On listings that offer a ring-sizer option, it is sent separately before production. If you are unsure, message @Kpeara_ before ordering.
What are the standard chain and bracelet measurements?
- Cuban bracelets: 18 cm long, in 3.6 mm, 5 mm and 7 mm widths.
- Cuban chains: 45 cm long, in 3 mm, 3.6 mm, 5 mm and 7 mm widths.
- Cubed chain: 50 cm long and 2 mm wide.
Some styles may be available in another length. Message @Kpeara_ before ordering and I will confirm what is available for that piece.
Can I request gold plating or another custom option?
There may be several plating and custom options. Message @Kpeara_ to discuss the choices and price for your piece before ordering.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Cancellation and return options depend on the item. Most standard online purchases can be cancelled within 14 days after delivery; goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised can be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation. If you need to change an order, contact Kpéara as soon as possible. Your rights for items that are faulty or not as described are unaffected.
